Ich suche einen Untermieter für das Sommersemester für meine Wohnung in Regensburg. Die Lage ist super, man ist direkt in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt, die Verkehrsanbindung ist auch sehr gut. Den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten.
Die Wohnung ist als Teil eines Studentenwohnheims perfekt für Studenten, Praktikanten etc. Sie ist vollständig möbliert; Ofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Wasserkocher in neuwertigem Zustand stehen zur Verfügung. Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschinen und Trockner für das gesamte Haus.
Das Apartment beinhaltet auch eine eigene Dusche und Küche sowie einen Balkon. Das ganze Gebäude ist ein Neubau.
Wlan und Strom sind extra. (40€)
