Da ich verreise, freut sich meine gemütliche Dachgeschoss Wohnung in der ruhigen und schönen Wohngegend Am Homburg in Saarbrücken über eine/n Mieter/in.

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit 140er Bett, Sofa, Sitzecke, Bürotisch und Kleiderschrank.
Die Küche hat einen Backofen und übliche Küchenutensilien sind ebebfalls vorhanden.

Das Bad ist klein, neu renoviert und vollkommen ausreichend für eine Person.

Es gibt ausserdem einige Grünpflanzen 🌱

Since I am traveling, my cozy top floor apartment in the quiet and beautiful residential area Am Homburg in Saarbrücken is looking forward to a tenant.

The apartment is fully furnished with a 140 cm bed, sofa, sitting area, office table and closet.
The kitchen has an oven and the usual kitchen utensils are also available.

The bathroom is small, newly renovated and perfectly adequate for one person.

There are also some green plants 🌱

Die Wohnung liegt in dem beliebten Wohngebiet am Homburg. Man ist in 10min mit dem Bus in der Stadt oder an der Uni. Ein schöner Wald der zum sporteln und spazieren einlädr ist weniger als eine Minute entfernt.

Der Mietzeitraum ist aktuell flexibel. Eine Miete bis März 2025 ist ebenfalls denkbar mit Chance auf Übernahme.

The apartment is located in the popular residential area of Homburg. You can be in the city or at the university in 10 minutes by bus. A beautiful forest for sports and walking is less than a minute away.

The rental period is currently flexible. A lease until March 2025 is also conceivable with the possibility of a takeover.
