The location is extremely good. For the Öffis you go at most 10 min. The bike is available in less than 10 minutes at a supermarket (Billa, Hofer) or the Alpenarena. You get to the city with the Öffis almost around the clock and by bike you drive 15-20 min.
A big plus is above all the nice residential area, where you have a few minutes walk to the Hellbrunnerallee.

Die Lage ist extrem gut. Zu den Öffis geht man höchstens 10 min. Mit dem Rad is man in unter 10 min bei einem Supermarkt (Billa, Hofer) bzw. der Alpenarena. In die Stadt kommt man mit den Öffis quasi rund um die Uhr und mit dem Rad fährt man 15-20 min.
Ein großer Pluspunkt ist vorallem das nettr Wohngebiet, bei dem man nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur Hellbrunnerallee hat.
