It's a private apartment in student dorm. You have your own private kitchen and bathroom. The room is equipped with ample amount of storage, and has a refrigerator, microwave, stove, wifi router, and toaster oven. And you have big desk with two chairs and one bed with mattress.
There are two big balcony which are facing west direction into the fields, giving a pleasant view of sunset in summer.
The apartment is just 2 mins walk away from Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg.
It's a 1 walking distance from bus station that has frequent buses to and from Bonn. There are two train stations within a 8-10 mins walking distance. With 66 tram, u can travel to Bonn in 20 mins. And taking the Straßenbahn from Siegburg gets you to Köln in 30 mins.
You have various supermarkets like LiDL Aldi Edeka within 5 mins walking distance.
The apartment is in a student dorm, so you have access to the student bar in the basement, with regular bar evenings. Also the washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, and the charges to use them are included in the rent. You can also park your own bicycle in the Fahrradkeller.
