Hey!
ich vermiete meine kleine Wohnung für die Zeit meines Praxissemesters. Sie ist (teil-)möbliert, also mit Bett, Schrank und Tisch etc. Von hier aus ist die Bushaltestelle Schmiedgasse gleich um die Ecke, ebenso wie das City Center mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Das Haus wurde erst vor etwa 5 Jahren gebaut, also ist alles tipptopp.
Das Beste ist, dass es im Sommer sehr kühl ist, und während alle anderen schwitzen, kann man dort entspannen.
Die Fenster zeigen zum Hof, daher ist es sehr ruhig, ohne Straßenlärm. Es gibt eine Küche mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher, usw. Im Bad gibt es eine ebenerdige Dusche.
Der einzige Haken ist, dass es zwar einen Anschluss für eine Waschmaschine gibt, ich jedoch keine besitze.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit mein ePiaono zu nutzen. Ich würde dafür nur Kaution nehmen.

Hi,
I am renting out my small apartment for the duration of my internship semester. It is (partially) furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and table etc. The Schmiedgasse bus stop is right around the corner, as well as the City Center with plenty of shopping options.
The house was built only about 5 years ago, so everything is in great condition.
The best part is that it stays cool in the summer, so while everyone else is sweating, you can relax there.
The windows face the courtyard, making it very quiet without any street noise. There is a kitchen with utensils, a kettle, and so on. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The only drawback is that although there is a connection for a washing machine, I don't own one.
You also have the option to use my electric piano. I would just require a deposit for that.
