In diesem Wohnheim befinden sich überwiegend nur Studenten. Die Wohnung ist im 3 Stock und ist lichtdurchflutet.
Im Waschraum befinden sich 2 Waschmaschinen und jeder hat im Keller seinen privaten Bereich.
Die Wohnung wird möbliert abgegeben und hierfür hätte ich gern 350€. Zu den Möbeln zählen: Bett, Schrank, Regal, Tisch und WLAN-Router.
In der Miete ist Strom und Internet nicht enthalten.
Perfekte Lage!!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Studentenwohnheim in Weidenau. Somit ist man in 2-3 Minuten in Weidenau und ca in 6-7 Minuten an der Uni. Die Stadt erreicht man ebenfalls mit dem Bus in ca. 10 Min.
Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich Rossmann, TK-Max, OBI, Burgerking, Subway.

Die Wohnung ist frühestens ab dem 01.07 frei, aber ein Einzug zum 15.07 ist ebenfalls möglich.
