Hallo Zusammen,
Aufgrund eines Praktikums im Sommer vermiete ich meine klasse 1-Zimmerwohnung in St. Gallen unter.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Rorschacherstrasse im 5ten Stock mit Aufzug. Der Wohn / Schlafraum ist ca. 16qm groß. Die Küche mit Herd und Kühlschrank befindet sich direkt im Eingangsbereich.
Migros ist gleich in der Nähe, zur Uni sinds zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten. Bushaltestelle (7er, 1er und 4er Bus) ist direkt vor der Haustür (Haltestelle Singenberg) und damit ist man in 7min. beim Bahnhof.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral: Marktplatz und das Stadtzentrum sind in ca. 5min. erreichbar.
Es handelt sich um eine komplett möblierte Wohnung: Schreibtisch, 2 Regale, grosses Bett.
