Ich ziehe zum 1. Mai in eine andere Stadt für ein Praktikum. Deswegen möchte ich meine Wohnung gerne ab 1. Mai weitervermieten.
Es ist ein schönes 23-Quadratmeter-Apartment im 3. Stock mit Bad und Küchenzeile. Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und wurde erst vor 1,5 Jahren eröffnet. Einige Möbel wie Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch, Esstisch und Stühle sind bereits in der Wohnung enthalten.
Das Haus besitzt einen Aufzug und einen Waschmaschinenraum. Zudem gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsraum, den man gut zum lernen nutzen kann.
Die Lage ist ungefähr 15min zu Fuß zur Uni. Es sind 3min zu Fuß zur nächsten Einkaufsgelegenheit.
Zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 13min zu Fuß.
Zum Bahnhof sind es 15min zu Fuß. Man kann alles, was man braucht entspannt zu Fuß erreichen.
Zudem befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus eine Bushaltestelle, die benutzt werden kann.
