It is a very quiet and well maintained residential complex where you can feel very comfortable.

The apartment is located near the Zacke-Station Pfaffenweg (about 6 minutes walk) and the subway station Weinsteige (about 13 minutes walk). You can also walk in 15 minutes downhill at Marienplatz.

On foot you can walk comfortably into the vineyards, viewpoints and also in the forest.

I love this location, it's super quiet and beautiful. Feel safe at any time and often walk away from Marienplatz home.

In summer it is very Mediterranean and the air is always more beautiful here than in the city below.

Es ist eine sehr ruhige und gepflegte Wohnanlage, in der man sich sehr wohl fühlen kann.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Zacke-Station Pfaffenweg (ca. 6 Minuten zu Fuß) und der U-Bahn Station Weinsteige (ca.13 Minuten zu Fuß). Man ist auch zu Fuß in 15 Minuten bergab am Marienplatz.

Zu Fuß kann man gemütlich in die Weinberge, zu Aussichtspunkten und auch in den Wald spazieren.

Ich liebe diese Lage, es ist super ruhig und schön. Fühle mich zu jeder Zeit sicher und laufe oft zu Fuß vom Marienplatz nach Hause.

Im Sommer ist es hier sehr mediterran und die Luft ist hier oben immer schöner als in der Stadt unten.

The apartment is rented fully furnished so that you can quickly and stress-free move in here.

There is a laundry cellar where you can wash and also hang laundry.

In the apartment and on the balcony must not be smoked.

Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert vermietet, sodass sich hier schnell und stressfrei einziehen lässt.

Es gibt einen Wäschekeller in dem man waschen und auch Wäsche aufhängen kann.

In der Wohnung und auf dem Balkon darf nicht geraucht werden.
