Die große Küche hat eine neuwertige Einbauküche, mit Ceranherd und Backofen, Abluft-Dunstesse, Microwelle, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank mit Gerfrierfach, Oberschränke, Unterschränke, Esstisch, Stühle. Ebenso vorhanden sind Geschirr sowie Töpfe, Pfannen, Teller und Besteck. Die Wand hat Granitplatten und Feinputz, der Boden ist großformatig gefliest. Die schöne Küche hat ein Fenster auf der Südseite.
Das Badezimmer hat eine bequem begehbare Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Die Wand und der Boden sind modern großformatig gefliest. Das Bad hat ein automatisches Abluftsystem. Sonstiges siehe Bilder. Internetzugang ist in der Wohnung gegen Gebühr vorhanden.
