Stuttgart Mitte: Furnished 1 bedroom apartment with balcony 01.03. - 08.05.

As I travel I'm looking for a sub-rent for my 1 bedroom apartment in 2. Floor with balcony, separate fully equipped kitchen and nice bathroom in Stuttgart Mitte.
When I moved in about half a year ago, the complete apartment was refurbished, which is why everything is in a new condition.
In the monthly price everything is in it: additional costs, electricity, WLAN, furniture, equipment etc.

Generally it is a beautiful and renovated house with elevator. The balconies are separated by walls, giving you plenty of privacy. Never got my neighbors outside. By the way, new balcony furniture will be built up until your entry.

There is a laundry cellar and my washing machine can be used by you. Everything in the kitchen is of course also available to you: dishes, pots, toasters, kettles, plasters etc. There is also a vacuum cleaner robot, hand vacuum cleaner, electric shutters, etc.

The location is a dream:
1 min walk: Rewe, which is open until 24 hrs.
5 min walk: Lildl, Olgaeck Metro Station and City Hall Metro Station
12 min walk: S-Bahn station
There are dozens of sweet cafés and restaurants nearby. Besides, the famous Alaturka Döner, if you know him.
What I personally love: No 15 minutes walk up the stairs and you are in the Weißenburgpark, at the teahouse and have a fantastic view over the whole city. On the other hand, you are not in a 10-15 min in the other direction at Schlossplatz or on Königsstraße for shopping.

I love this apartment very much and put a lot of heart into the facility. That's why I'm looking for someone who treats them with respect, doesn't organize parties and pours the plants once a week.
