Apartment, all-inklusive, Super Lage

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 4-storey house. It consists of a room, kitchen, hallway and small daylight bath with shower. The huge windows with old building charms make the heart of the apartment and bring a lot of light in. It was freshly renovated last year. Walls, floors, radiators, sanitary facilities have been renewed. The furniture is new and high quality

The small kitchen is fully equipped, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, dishes - everything is there. You can only enter your suitcase.
A spacious wardrobe, 1m wide bed, both a table and an office chair are available. If necessary, new/freshly washed bed linen and bedding (kissen, blanket) are also provided free of charge.

A cheap coin washing machine and dryer are available in the EC.

Das Apartment befindet sich in der 3. Etage eines 4-stöckigen Hauses. Es besteht aus einem Zimmer, Küche, Flur und kleinem Tageslichtbad mit Dusche. Die riesigen Fenster mit Altbau-Charme machen das Herz des Apartments aus und bringen sehr viel Licht rein. Es wurde letztes Jahr frisch renoviert. Wände, Böden, Heizkörper, Sanitäreinrichtung wurden erneuert. Die Möbel sind neu und hochwertig

Die kleine Küche ist komplett ausgerüstet, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Geschirr - alles ist da. Sie können nur mit Ihrem Koffer einreisen.
Ein geräumiger Schrank, 1m-breites Bett, sowohl ein Tisch und ein Bürosessel sind vorhanden. Bei Bedarf wird auch neue/frisch gewaschene Bettwäsche und Bettzeug (Kissen, Decke) kostenfrei gestellt.

Eine günstige Münzen-Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen im EG zur Verfügung.
