Beautiful, furnished 1-room apartment directly at the lake of fire to the sub-rent Schöne, möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung direkt am Feuersee zur Untermiete

I'm looking for a person to rent my 1-room apartment in close proximity to the Feuersee in Stuttgart-West.
The sub-rent is from 1 April to mid September 2025 (the exact date can be discussed as required).
The apartment size is about 30sqm with separate kitchen and bathroom. I rent furnished incl. Washing machine in the bathroom.

The apartment is super central and several supermarkets and the Gerber are within walking distance in max. 10 min. A S-Bahn and several bus and underground stations are also nearby.

The warm rental is 570€. In addition, there are more 100€ for internet, GEZ and the use of furniture.

Ich suche eine Person für die Untermiete meiner 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in direkter Nähe zum Feuersee in Stuttgart-West.
Die Untermiete ist von 1. April bis Mitte September 2025 (das genaue Datum kann nach Bedarf besprochen werden).
Die Wohnungsgröße beträgt ca. 30qm mit separater Küche und Bad. Ich vermiete möbliert inkl. Waschmaschine im Badezimmer.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und mehrere Supermärkte und das Gerber sind fußläufig in max. 10 min zu erreichen. Eine S-Bahn sowie mehrere Bus und U-Bahn Stationen befinden sich außerdem in direkter Nähe.

Die Warmmiete beträgt 570€. Zusätzlich dazu kommen weitere 100€ für Internet, GEZ und die Nutzung der Möbel.
