Hello!

My name is Asier, I am 25 years old and come from Bilbao in the Basque Country. Since the beginning of January I have been working as a project engineer for the Schönbuchbahn in Böblingen. I am responsible for the guarantee and maintenance of the trains. Before I came to Stuttgart, I lived in Heidelberg for a year, where I completed my Master in Economic Engineering. After that, I spent another year in Freiburg, where I worked as a trainee in the same company that I am now active. In Freiburg I took care of the guarantee for the new trams in the city.

At the moment, I live in an aparthotel in Vaihingen, which was set by my company, but this rental relationship expires on 1 April. So I'm looking for a nice apartment that is ideally well connected to my workplace in Böblingen. I am particularly interested in the districts Vaihingen, Stuttgart-West or Stuttgart-Süd as well as other places that are easily accessible by the S1.

A bit to me: I am a very responsible, respectful and ordinary person. In addition, I am uncomplicated and quickly adapt to new situations – Stuttgart is already the third city to which I move within Germany! I feel completely integrated here in Germany both culturally and professionally and enjoy life in this country. Now I'm looking for an apartment where I feel comfortable in Stuttgart in the long term and can continue to discover the city.

Outside of work I am a sport enthusiast, especially I like hiking, walking and cycling. Another passion for me is photography – I love to hold special moments and discover the artistic side of things. Of course, I like to travel whenever I have the opportunity.

One thing you should know about me is that I am very responsible, respectful, neat, calm and uncomplicated. I adapt well to new situations – Stuttgart is already my third city in Germany! I am also very integrated into German culture, both in social and professional terms, and I enjoy living here.

Mein Name ist Asier, ich bin 25 Jahre alt und komme aus Bilbao im Baskenland. Seit Anfang Januar arbeite ich als Projektingenieur für die Schönbuchbahn in Böblingen. Dabei bin ich für die Garantie und Wartung der Züge verantwortlich. Bevor ich nach Stuttgart gekommen bin, habe ich ein Jahr in Heidelberg gelebt, wo ich meinen Master in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen abgeschlossen habe. Danach habe ich ein weiteres Jahr in Freiburg verbracht, wo ich als Trainee in derselben Firma gearbeitet habe, in der ich jetzt tätig bin. In Freiburg habe ich mich um die Garantie für die neuen Straßenbahnen der Stadt gekümmert.

Zurzeit wohne ich in einem von meiner Firma gestellten Aparthotel in Vaihingen, allerdings läuft dieses Mietverhältnis am 1. April aus. Daher suche ich nun eine schöne Wohnung, die idealerweise gut an meinen Arbeitsplatz in Böblingen angebunden ist. Besonders interessieren mich die Stadtteile Vaihingen, Stuttgart-West oder Stuttgart-Süd sowie andere Orte, die gut mit der S1 erreichbar sind.

Ein bisschen zu mir: Ich bin ein sehr verantwortungsbewusster, respektvoller und ordentlicher Mensch. Außerdem bin ich unkompliziert und passe mich schnell an neue Situationen an – Stuttgart ist schon die dritte Stadt, in die ich innerhalb Deutschlands umziehe! Ich fühle mich hier in Deutschland sowohl kulturell als auch beruflich vollkommen integriert und genieße das Leben in diesem Land sehr. Jetzt suche ich eine Wohnung, in der ich mich in Stuttgart langfristig wohlfühlen und die Stadt weiter entdecken kann.

Außerhalb der Arbeit bin ich sportbegeistert, vor allem mag ich wandern, laufen und radfahren. Eine weitere Leidenschaft von mir ist die Fotografie – ich liebe es, besondere Momente festzuhalten und die künstlerische Seite der Dinge zu entdecken. Natürlich reise ich auch gerne, wann immer ich die Gelegenheit dazu habe.

Eine Sache, die Sie über mich wissen sollten, ist, dass ich sehr verantwortungsbewusst, respektvoll, ordentlich, ruhig und unkompliziert bin. Ich passe mich gut an neue Situationen an – Stuttgart ist schon meine dritte Stadt in Deutschland! Ich bin auch sehr in die deutsche Kultur integriert, sowohl im sozialen als auch im beruflichen Bereich, und ich genieße es hier zu leben.
