Dual student looking for apartment from June 2025

Hello dear owners,

my name is Philomena, I am 22 years old and I have been studying at DHBW Stuttgart International Business since last year.
If the study permits, I like to spend cozy evenings with friends, bake little things, walk or play a little piano. Otherwise, I'd like to start jogging and maybe doing yoga or ballet from home.

I am looking for a (mostly) unfurnished apartment with fitted kitchen and washing machine connection or washing room from June 2025 - until May I will be abroad semester. It may be that after May I will be abroad for a shorter period (between 1 and 4 months). However, since this is not safe and I would like to find an apartment in the long term, I am already looking for it.
At best, it is an indefinite apartment with at least 15qm for a maximum of 600€ total rental without other additional costs - preferably in the districts Birkach, Botnang, Degerloch, Möhringen, East, South, Vaihingen and West with good ÖPNV connection.

I am a rather calm person and earn my own money through dual studies, which is why the payment of the rent should not be a big problem.
Depending on what is prescribed or allowed, I would bring a table stool and a piano into the apartment - but only after express agreement with you/Ihnen.
