About us:
• We are both 24 years old and are studying at the University of Stuttgart.
• Katharina is a Bachelor of Mathematics and already has a Bachelor of Physics.
• Wilhelm studies air and space technology in the Master's degree.
• We have already lived together, but we have abandoned our former apartment to spend a semester abroad in Canada together. Now we're back looking for a new apartment together.
• We are non-smokers, have no pets and place much emphasis on a quiet and well-kept home.

What we are looking for:
• 1-room apartment with fitted kitchen
• Maximum heat rental: 1,000 €
• Preferred parts: Vaihingen, Stuttgart-West, Möhringen or the city centre
• With balcony but no need.

We are responsible tenants, both study in advanced semesters and can prove a reliable rental. If desired, there are guarantees or proof of income.

wir, Wilhelm und Katharina, sind ein langjähriges, zuverlässiges Paar und suchen spätestens ab dem 1. April 2025 eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Stuttgart.

Über uns:
• Wir sind beide 24 Jahre alt und studieren an der Universität Stuttgart.
• Katharina studiert Mathematik im Bachelor und hat bereits einen Bachelor in Physik.
• Wilhelm studiert Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik im Master.
• Wir haben bereits zusammengelebt, unsere frühere Wohnung jedoch aufgegeben, um gemeinsam ein Auslandssemester in Kanada zu verbringen. Jetzt sind wir zurück und suchen eine neue gemeinsame Wohnung.
• Wir sind Nichtraucher, haben keine Haustiere und legen viel Wert auf ein ruhiges und gepflegtes Zuhause.

Was wir suchen:
• 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Einbauküche
• Maximale Warmmiete: 1.000 €
• Bevorzugte Stadtteile: Vaihingen, Stuttgart-West, Möhringen oder Stadtmitte
• Gerne mit Balkon aber kein Muss.

Wir sind verantwortungsbewusste Mieter, studieren beide in fortgeschrittenen Semestern und können eine verlässliche Mietzahlung nachweisen. Falls gewünscht, sind Bürgschaften oder Einkommensnachweise vorhanden.
