Hallo,
habe eine 2 Zimmerwohnung und vermiete davon 1 Zimmer. Ich selber bin nicht zuhause, also viel Raum für dich ganz allein....falls du eine Matratze bzw ein paar Möbel brauchst für den Zeitraum, ist kein Problem.
Das Haus hat einen Fahrstuhl, also leider kein BeinTraining inclusive ;) und S Bahn ist gleich um die Ecke, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Banken, Drogerie usw.....bis in die Stadt sind es ca 10 min zu Fuss...und auf der Karlshöhe ist man auch in 5 min.....falls ein paar Bäume oder ein Biergarten in der Natur gefragt ist.....
Über den Preis lässt sich auch noch verhandeln, falls du die ganze Wohnung ( sprich 2 Zimmer ) mieten möchtest.....
Fotos folgen, und ab Morgen,Sonntag, könntest du dir auch die Wohnung anschauen.
