1 room apartment Stuttgart Mitte / West, 30 m2 from 19.05.25 to 26.10.25 1 Zimmer Wohnung Stuttgart Mitte / West, 30 m² ab 19.05.25 bis 26.10.25

During my practical phase from May 19 to May 26 October 2025 I look for a subtenant for my 1 room apartment in the 2nd Upper floor of a very quiet and well maintained multi-family house.

The apartment has a size of about 30 m ² and has a small hall, bathroom, kitchen and living room as well as a small covered balcony.

It is fully furnished and has a built-in wardrobe, bed 1.40 x 2.00m, desk with office chair, double sofa with a table and a dresser.
On the balcony I have a small table with 2 chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, fridge and sink. All dishes and cutlery are available.
In the bathroom there is a bathtub (you can also shower), a sink with a sink and a seal cabinet and a toilet.

There is a common washing machine in the basement.

The door connection, cable TV and the Internet connection are also included in the additional costs.

Während meiner Praxis-Phase vom 19. Mai bis zum 26. Oktober 2025 suche ich ein/e Untermieter/in für meine 1- Zimmerwohnung im 2. Obergeschoss eines sehr ruhigen und gepflegten Mehrfamilienhauses.

Die Wohnung hat eine Größe von ca. 30 m² und verfügt über eine kleine Diele, Bad, Küche und den Wohn-Schlafraum sowie einen kleinen überdachten Balkon.

Sie ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über einen Einbauschrank, Bett 1.40 x 2.00m, Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl, Doppel-Couch mit dazugehörigem Tisch und einer Kommode.
Auf dem Balkon habe ich einen kleinen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen.
Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet mit Mikrowelle, Herd, Kühlschrank und Spüle. Alles Geschirr und Besteck ist vorhanden.
Im Bad befindet sich die Badewanne (kann man auch Duschen), das Waschbecken mit Unterschrank und Siegelschrank und das WC.

Im Keller befindet sich eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine.

Der Stomanschluss, Kabel-TV und der Internetanschluss sind ebenfalls in den Nebenkosten enthalten.
