The apartment is skillfully located near the station Vaihingen approx. 7min walk from the apartment. Right around the corner there is a baker, shopping can be done at the Schwabengalerie 15min walk, as well as post office, town hall etc. The train station is located in 3min at the university campus, about 20min in the city centre of Stuttgart. You can walk or cycle along the park towards the west behind the outdoor swimming pool.

Die Wohnung liegt geschickt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Vaihingen ca. 7min zu Fuß von der Wohnung. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen Bäcker, einkaufen kann man an der Schwabengalerie 15min zu Fuß, ebenso auch Post, Rathaus etc. Vom Bahnhof ist man in 3min am Universitätscampus, in etwa 20min in der Stadtmitte Stuttgarts. Spatzieren oder Rad fahren kann man am Park entlang in Richtung Westen hinter das Freibad.

In the additional costs, everything is included in electricity and water, elevator use, winter service, master, garbage, internet, cleaning service for the public areas. You only have to pay for washing machines or dryers in the laundry room or for faster internet.
Parking can be either covered or rented in free (because 55€), the roads nearby also offer parking facilities. For bicycles there are parking spaces behind the house, also half covered.

In den Nebenkosten sind von Strom und Wasser, Aufzug Nutzung, Winterdienst, Hausmeister, Müll, Internet, Putzdienst für die öffentlichen Bereiche alles inklusive. Drauf zahlen muss man nur für Waschmaschinen oder Trockner Nutzung im Waschraum oder für schnelleres Internet.
Parkplätze können sowohl überdacht als auch in freien dazu gemietet werden (glaub 55€), die Straßen in der Nähe bieten aber auch Parkmöglichkeiten. Für Fahrräder gibt es Stellplätze hinter dem Haus, auch zur Hälfte überdacht.
