Das Zimmer hat einen Holzfußboden, ist freundlich eingerichtet, Bett mit neuer hochwertiger Matratze, ruhig gelegen und hat eine schöne Atmosphäre.
Es gibt eine eigene kleine Kochgelegenheit im (Herdplatten, kleiner Ofen, Kühlschrank).
Ein benachbartes Vollbad steht zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung.
Das W-Lan kann ebenfalls mit genutzt werden.
Auf dem angrenzenden Heuboden kann weitere Fläche bei Bedarf gemietet werden, weitere ebenerdige Unterstellmöglichkeiten bestehen zudem.

Bavendorf ist ca. 15 km von LG entfernt. Es gibt Bus- und Bahnverbindungen zu unserem Ort.
(Tagsüber gute Erreichbarkeit, abends nur eingeschränkt ÖPNV)

Es wohnen sonst noch drei Personen und ekne Katze mit im Haus und eine weitere Person mit liebem (!) Hund auf dem Hofgelände.
Der Preis für das Zimmer liegt bei 300 Euro pro Monat.
NK in Höhe von 180 Euro fallen pro Person zusätzlich an. 1-2 Personen sind herzlich willkommen.
