Hallo,
ab 01.Juni 2023 vermiete ich meine schöne und helle 1 Zimmer Wohnung in Giesing. Die Vermietung ist vorerst auf ein Jahr befristet, jedoch ist eine Verlängerung möglich.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock (mit Aufzug) und ist ca. 35 qm groß, Küche und Bad (inkl. Badewanne) sind separat. Im Vorraum befindet sich ein großzügiger Einbauschrank. Der große, wunderschöne Balkon ist wie der Rest der Wohnung in den Innenhof gerichtet, weshalb die Wohnung sehr ruhig ist.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Untergiesing, nahe der Isar. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist top, die nächste U-Bahn Station ist die U1 Candidplatz (2 Minuten Fußweg) und auch die Station Kolumbusplatz ist nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch Supermärkte, wie Aldi, Edeka und Co. sowie ein dm befinden sich im Umkreis von 5 Minuten.
Ein komplett neues Ikea Bett (1,40m), eine Waschmaschine, ein Kühlschrank, sowie Balkonmöbel müssen mitgemietet werden (bereits im Preis inkludiert). Strom, GEZ usw. sind noch NICHT inkludiert und müssen von euch selbst organisiert/bezahlt werden.
Schreibt mir gerne ein paar Zeilen über euch (ob ihr studiert, arbeitet, Hobbies, etc.) und bitte schreibt gleich im Anschreiben, dass ihr okay damit seid, die oben genannten Möbel mitzumieten. :)
