Ich suche nach einem Nachmieter für unsere 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung (ca. 31m2) ab dem 01 März 2022.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2.OG.
Die Wohnung hat 1 Zimmer, 1 Küche, 1 Dusche/WC, sowie 1 Abstellraum im Untergeschoss. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit: Spültisch, E-Herd, Kühlschrank. In der Küche steht ein Tisch, wo man essen kann. Das Badezimmer hat WC und Dusche. Man kann auch eine Waschmachine da setzen. Die Waschmachine in den Bildern gehört nicht zur Wohnung, aber kann je nach Vereinbarung übernommen werden. Auch nach Vereinbarung können eine Kommode und ein Schrank übernommen werden. (*Die Möbel müssen nicht übernommen werden)
Im Zusats mit dem Wohnzimmer, der Küche, und dem Badezimmer gehört der Wohnung ein Kellerraum im Untergeschoss und ein gemeinsamer Garten.
Kaltmiete: 540,00 €
Nebenkostenvorauszahlung: 100,00 €
Monatliche Gesamtmiete: 640,00 €
Kaution: 3x Monatskaltmieten
Gültige Privathaftpflichtversicherung

The apartment is located in the 2nd floor.
The apartment has a living/bed room, a kitchen room, and a bathroom. In the kitchen area, there is a built-in table, where you can eat. The bathroom has a toilet and a shower booth. You can install your own washing machine there, or you can also take over the washing machine I (the current tenant) has there already. Several cabinets and a dresser can also be taken over, depending on agreement. (*You don't have to take over furniture)
In addition, the apartment has a storage room in the basement and a shared garden.
Monthly cold rent: 540,00 €

Die Wohnung befindet sich vom Tübingen Hauptbahnhof südlich zu Fuß ungefähr 25 Minuten entfernt.
Mit dem Bus 16 kann man vom Hauptbahnhof direkt vor die Wohnung. Die Bushaltestelle für den Bus 16 steht direkt vor der Wohnung. Die Busfahrt dauert in diesem Fall ungefähr 10 Minuten.
Es gibt mehrere andere Möglichkeiten für Busse. Mit dem Bus 3 oder 5 kann man vom Hauptbahnhof zu der Haltestelle "Heinlenstraße". Davon nach der Wohnung dauert 5 Minuten.
In der Nähe der Wohnung befindet sich auch eine Bäckerei und eine Apotheke (2-3 Minuten zu Fuß), ein Supermarkt (ALDI SÜD) (10 Minuten zu Fuß), und ein Park (7 Minuten zu Fuß).
Auch ist ein Fluß (Steinlach) innerhalb ungefähr 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment is located about 25 minutes far from the Hauptbahnhof Tübingen by foot.
You can also use the bus number 16, which goes directly from the Hauptbahnhof to right in front of the apartment. In this case, it takes about 10 minutes from the Hauptbahnhof to the apartment.
The buses 3 and 5 are other options. These buses go from the Hauptbahnhof to the bus stop named "Heinlenstraße". The apartment is 5 minutes away from the bus stop by foot.
In the neighborhood of the apartment, you can find a bakery and a pharmacy (2-3 minutes by foot), a supermarket (ALDI Süd) (10 minutes by foot), and a park (7 minutes by foot).
You can also enjoy a walk along a river (Steinlach), which is 5 minutes away from the apartment.
