Schöne 1- Zimmer Wohnung mit eigenem Balkon, kleiner Küche mit zwei Kochfelder, Kühlschrank, und Waschmaschinenanschluss, kleinem Eingangsbereich mit Einbauschrank und Garderobe. Die Kaltmiete ist nur geschätzt, da ich mich mit den Vermietern auf eine Gesamtmiete/Warmmiete geeinigt habe. Diese beträgt pro Monat 470€ (ohne Strom und Internet).
Ich habe hier selbst 1 1/2 Jahre gewohnt und suche einen/eine Nachmieter/in auf den 1. Februar. Ein 150cm Bett mit Matratze und ein Ikea Kleiderschrank sollten übernommen werden.
In die Altstadt sind es zu Fuß ca 20 Minuten. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in ca 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
