Looking for a flat/private room with bathroom/private room in WG

My name is Jiayi Xu. I’m from China and 23 years old. I studied History, Archaeology and Literature of Ancient Greece at the University of Athens for 4 years. Before that I spent one year studying in Paderborn, so I know some basic rules to live in Germany. Now I am excited to continue my master’s studies (2 years) at the University of Tübingen.

I do not smoke and drink and do not like party, I prefer quiet environment. I will always keep my room clean and tidy because I believe it is very important for both of my physical and mental health. Due to my pet allergies, I will not have any pet in the flat. My hobbies are painting, doing sports ( such as Pilates and climbing) and watching TV serious since it is quiet helpful for language learning. I can speak 4 languages, excellent Chinese, fluent English, conversational German and basic Greek.

I am looking for a comfortable living space, either a flat or a private room with a bathroom. While a furnished room is preferable, I am also open to unfurnished options. Due to my pet allergies, I require a pet-free environment and would prefer to live with female roommates only. I will rent it for long-term, at least for one year, so i need the flat/room can be ‘Anmelden’.
