Hallo, ich biete hier zur Miete mein vollmobiliertes Tinyhaus an, es wurde 2018 neu gebaut und hat Passivhausstandards, somit braucht es nur wenig Heizkosten. Das Haus ist durch die große Terrassentür sehr hell und lichtdurchflutet. Es sind Stellplätze vorhanden und der Garten darf mitbenutzt werden. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß, überdacht, beschattet und hat einen Sichtschutz zum Nachbarshaus.

Ich bin selbst Studentin und würde es auch gerne wieder an einen Studenten vermieten, der Campus Mühldorf ist sehr leicht zu erreichen von dort aus. Mit dem Auto ca. 15 Minuten, mit der Bahn und dem Rad ca. 30 Minuten.

Das Haus liegt in Tüssling in ländlicher Gegend, der Bahnhof ist in maximal 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und naturbelassen.

Bei Bedarf kann statt der Couch ein Esszimmertisch mit Liegebank und Stühlen ausgetauscht werden. Darüber kann bei der Besichtigung gesprochen werden.

Tiere sind leider nicht erlaubt, da das Haus auf dem Grundstück meiner Eltern steht und diese selbst eine Katze und einen kleinen Hund haben. Die sollen sich nicht vertrieben fühlen.
