Apartment in Villach near train station/bahnhof

I am searching for an affordable place to live in Villach main, ideally in walking distance of the train station/Hauptbahnhof with lots of natural light.

I am a recent college graduate and have a job in the area. I am a thoughtful and reliable renter with years of renting experience and living in houses/communal living/apartments. If issues arise, I communicate well with the landlord if things need to be addressed. I am a tidy and clean and love taking care of the spaces I am in.

I would be grateful for a pre-furnished apartment/place but also ok if there is no furniture available. I will be cooking and would need a usuable kitchen. My move in date is flexible and can be shifted back if need be. I am happy to answer any questions. I am interested in photos of any locations, where they are, along with their price details (total price including utilities/utilities breakdown).
