small apartment along S6 line (better cloae to Weil der Stadt/Renningen)

I am search an apartment (up to 1200€) Occupancy: from now on.
Location: along the S6, within ten minutes walk to the S bahn, preferably near Renningen /Weil der Stadt/leonberg or schwabstr/feuersee/Stadtmitte or multiple U Bahn lines connecting to the S 6.
Year of construction: after 2010. Requirements: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer.
Not on the top floor and the lower the floor the better.
There is a gym and a supermarket nearby.

About me:
I graduated from university of stuttgart and will work as a robotic software engineer starting from August.
I am quiet, clean and single.
I like sports.
No pets.
