Heyo! Ich spreche Deutsch aber der Einfachheit halber habe ich den Eintrag nur auf Englisch verfasst.
The flat is on the 2nd floor facing north. It has big windows that provide a lot of light though. The backyard has some nice trees.
It has one big room including a kitchen, and a seperate long bathroom with a nice shower :)
The kitchen has some things like plates and cutlery, a few pots, cups, glasses, a small oven. Only two hob spaces and no dishwasher.
The cieling is very high. You can also have the sofa if you want.
A big basement compartment to store stuff.
The caritas and language cafe is in the floor beneath.
You can cycle anywhere in minutes (and mostly without cobblestone floor ;))
and walk to the university in 10 minutes. The Franz Liszt Hochschule is a bit further away.
The Caritas will be your landlord and they only accept people with valid certificate of enrollment. Or a proof that you'll be studying.

As I'm renting something else from 1st of August, I'd be happy if you want to move in at that date.
If you agree, we can do a sublet for one month and then do the full 'handover' in the beginning of September because I'm very busy right now...
Anyway we'll talk about everything!
