Searching for one-room flat in Weimar

Hello!
 My name is Gizem and come from İstanbul, Turkey. I am a 29-year-old master student at the Bauhaus University Weimar in European Urban Studies program. I am a freelance architect and currently working remotely as curatorial assistant. I am planning to find a part time job while part time while studying and also applying for a scholarship.
It will be a year where I work at home for an intense first year of master's, as well as for my other freelance jobs. Since program begins in October, 2023, I am looking for a 1-room apartment in Weimar for one year till October 2024. I am searching for a light-well space which includes furnished, kitchen and washing machine with my budget 400 euro for additional cost included / warm.
