shared apartments

I am a new student that recently got admission at the University of Applied Sciences, Upper Austria. I am an easygoing person, I don't drink alcohol, smoke or womanize. I am result-oriented and focused in achieving my sets goals. My study is the most important to me beyond every other thing.

I need a shared apartment suitable for my studies and close to my campus, Wels. My resumption date is September 15, 2025 and my planned moving in date is September 1, 2025.

As an international student, I do not mind sharing an apartment with other people except for those who party hard as that would be distracting. I would appreciate like-minded people who have zero tolerance for disturbance of any kind.

I will appreciate it if I can have my accommodation sorted out at the earliest possible time which is by February 3, 2025.
