Die Wohnung ist vollmöbiliert und hat Dusche, Kuhlschrank und Kaffeemaschine im Studio aber keinen Spül- und Waschmaschine.
Es gibt aber einen Waschraum wo man die Waschmaschine (3€) mitbenutzen kann.
Im 13. Stock gibt es Sauna, Gartenterrasse und Pool(geschlossen - Winterpause) mit Blick über Wien und Fitness im 12. Stock.
Bistro&Restaurant.
Autoparkplatz und Keller sind vorhanden.
Gesamtmiete 790€.
WLAN, Strom und Heizung sind inkludiert
Veranstaltungen&Event findet öfters statt wie zb: Weihnachten, Neujahresfeier. Zuletzt gabs Halloween, Krampusch und EM Fussballspiel.

Since I'll be traveling I'm looking for a nice temporary tenant.
The apartment is fully furnished and has a shower, fridge and coffee machine at studio but no dishwasher or washing machine.
There is a laundry room where you can use the washing machine (€3).
On the 13th floor there is a garden terrace and pool (closed till summer) with a view over Vienna and a fitness center on the 12th floor.

Car parking space and cellar are available.

Events&party like Christmas and New Year's celebrations often take place. Recently, there were Halloween, Krampus, and the European Championship football match.

Close to the main railway station, Belvedere Castle, Swiss Garden and Arsenal, the location offers an urban environment and great infrastructure.
A complete shopping experience is just a 10-minute walk away,
I will go on vacation from so I can take over someone's apartment for 2 weeks.
