Hi there! I'm off to a job abroad for half a year so I'm subletting my cozy apartment in the 5th district in Vienna. I've been taking good care of it so I'm looking for someone who will love it as much as I do and look after it with care :) In return you will find everything you need there (fully furnished, big bed, washing machine, dishwasher etc.), you'll have a quiet space, nice neighbors and you'll live central and close to the subway (3 min walk).
Here are the details:

Vienna, 5th district. 40 m^2. Studio apartment with entrance hall and daylight bathroom.
3 min walking to the subway. Supermarkets and bakery around the corner (2 mins walking).
Windows go out to the courtyard, so it's quiet :)
Central - 20 min walking to Mariahilfer Straße, Naschmarkt, Museumsquartier (even faster by bus)

Fully furnished:
- 160cm bed
- big sofa/daybed
- kitchen incl. microwave, toaster, water boiler, dishwasher
- washing machine
- daylight bathroom
- portable A/C
- non-smoker

Rent: EUR 900,-
Deposit: EUR 1000,-

One thing: apartment is on the 4th floor, no elevator, so you'll need some thigh muscles ;) Once you're up though, space will feel private and safe.
