Ich lebe für gewöhnlich da also funktioniert alles und es fehlt an nichts was Essentiell ist :)
Was die Mietdauer angeht bin ich flexibel - die angegebene Miete ist als Monatspauschalmiete zu verstehen - für weitere Fragen bitte gerne anschreiben

I’m offering my fully equipped apartment for rent during my time abroad as an all-inclusive rental (basically like an Airbnb).
You won’t need to worry about a thing and can use everything that’s accessible. The apartment features a stunning view thanks to its window facade and is perfectly warm during winter due to the comfortable underfloor heating.
Included in the rent: heating, water, electricity, WiFi, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine), bed (with bedding), desk, wardrobe, washing machine, drying rack, iron/ironing board, towels, and more.
Since I usually live here, everything is in working order, and there’s nothing essential missing! 😊
I’m flexible regarding the rental duration – the listed rent is a monthly flat rate. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
