Es handelt sich um eine 1 Zimmer Wohnung (40m2), mit vielen Pflanzen und einen großen Balkon (13m2).
650€ all inklusive (Internet, Heizung, Versicherung, Strom..)
Austattung: Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspüler, PS4, Ofen, Geschirr ..
Da dies eine Untermiete ist, wäre eine Anmeldung max für eine Person möglich.

Ich suche einen sauberen, nichtrauchenden und ruhigen Zwischenmieter, der während meiner Reise gut auf meine Wohnung und Pflanzen achtet.

Its a cozy Studioapartment (40m2) with a big balcony (13m2) and lots of plants that would need to be watered while I'm gone. The apartment is fully furnished, and you'll have everything you could need from a kettle to an oven...

Alle 15 Minuten fährt der Zug nach Westbahnhof & ein Bus nach Hütteldorf, die Station heißt Purkersdorf Sanatorium und ist noch Kernzone Wien.
In 15 Minuten ist man beim Westbahnhof U6 & U3 und in 7 Minuten bei Hütteldorf U4.
Gegend ist sehr grün & ruhig, Wald zu Fuß in paar Minuten erreichbar.
Lidl in 7 Minuten zu Fuß
Auhofcenter (Billa, Hofer, Kleidungsgeschäfte, Restaurants..) - 2 Busstationen

The train station is called Purkersdorf Sanatorium, which lays on the border to Vienna. The station is still part of the Vienna public transport zone.There is a train leaving every 15 mins to Westbahnhof (U6 & U3) which takes about 15 min and to Hütteldorf in 7 min (U4).
There is a Lidl near the apartment
2 stations by bus and you'll reach a shopping mall, with lots of stores, restaurants and cinema.
