From April 1st onwards there is a beatiful 1-bedroom apartment available for a maximum stay of six months until the end of September 2024. It is located in the 14. district in Kendlerstraße.
The apartment is on the 1st floor and all the windows are towards the patio. There's no noise from the street.
The apartment is fully furnished with a 1,40 bed, a large wardrobe, a pull-out couch and a dining table including 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher). There's also a bathroom with a bathtub a sink and a washing machine and a seperate toilet.
No smoking allowed .
The rent is 1200€ per month ( including Betriebskosten, heating and electricity)
and the deposit is 2 months rent, which you will get back in the end of everything is fine.

It is located in the 14th district in Kendlerstraße. The U3 Stations Kendlerstraße or Hütteldorferstraße and the tram Nr. 10 and 49 are just 3 minutes away. You will also find a lot of shops near by in Hütteldorferstraße
You will reach the city center within 15-20 minutes and Schönbrunn within 15 minutes
The apartment is perfect if you are coming to Vienna short term for work/internship or planning on doing a semester abroad/erasmus- you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay.
You can rent the apartment for a period of minimum 3 months - maximum 6 months
