Search apartment until mid May, near U3 Suche Wohnung bis Mitte Mai, Nähe U3

Hello together,

I am Simone, 30 years old and am looking for an apartment from 10 March to 11 May. I have a job in Vienna during that period. I have already lived in Vienna for four years, and I am very happy to come back now.

I am a quiet and, above all, very clean person and will probably work most of the time (for example, on the weekend as my free days are under the week).

Since I will work at the underground station Erdberg nearby, I will explicitly look for something that is either nearby or where I could get there well by public transport and at best do not need more than half an hour.

My budget is 900 €and I need the possibility of a residence registration (secondary residence)

Hallo zusammen,

ich bin Simone, 30 Jahre alt und suche von 10. März bis 11. Mai eine Wohnung. Ich habe in dem Zeitraum einen Job in Wien. Ich habe bereits vier Jahre in Wien gewohnt, und freue mich sehr jetzt für die Zeit zurück zu kommen.

Ich bin ein ruhiger und vor allem sehr sauberer Mensch und werde wahrscheinlich die meiste Zeit arbeiten (beispielsweise auch am Wochenende da meine freien Tage unter der Woche sind).

Da ich bei der U-Bahn Station Erdberg in der Nähe arbeiten werde, suche ich explizit etwas, was entweder in der Nähe ist oder wo ich gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln hinkommen könnte und bestenfalls nicht länger als ne halbe Stunde hin brauche.

Mein Budget sind 900€ und ich bräuchte die Möglichkeit einer Wohnsitz Anmeldung (Nebenwohnsitz)
