Short term (27 Nov. till 1 Dec. 2024) cozy 1 bedroom apartment

I am subletting my cozy 1 bedroom apartment for the summer, starting from 27 Nov. till 1 Dec. 2024. The apartment is quiet throughout the day and the night.

The layout of the apartment is as follows, you enter into the kitchen, you have two doors on your right in the kitchen, one is for the toilet, and the other is for the bathroom. Then to the front you enter into the living/bedroom, where you have cozy loft bed as well as a couch that turns into a bed! The loft bed saves a lot of space and leaves some room for you to sit on your desk underneath the bed (As can be displayed in the pics)

The apartment is located in the 5th district, just 8 minutes away from Matzleinsdorferplatz, where you have access to the S-Bahn, as well as several tram and bus lines.

Billa, Spar, Hofer, and other smaller supermarkets are all within 2 to 8 minutes of a walk. A pharmacy is also 5 minutes away by foot.

The price listed is for the duration from 27 Nov. till 1 Dec. 2024 is 100 EUR for the entire duration, with a 50% deposit from the total amount.
