1 room Whg / WG room with own kitchen & private bathroom at the U1

The apartment is uniquely cut: the pre-room would you share with the dear Selina, however both Selina and you have a private room with their own kitchen and private bathroom/lo. So it feels more like a one-bedroom apartment, but it's always nice on occasion in the hallway to talk a little and to talk about life.

Your part of the apartment consists of a living and bedroom with kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and bathtub and a balcony that is really unbeatable. Because the balcony is wind-protected, even as a frost bump in January (!) I could sit on the balcony in short pants as long as the sun shines directly on it, because then it is really super nice and wind-protected. In summer, the sun shines only between 10-14:00 directly on it, so it is nice to use in summer (sunshade is present).

The apartment leaves absolutely no wishes open, also washing machine and huge freezer are available. Only one dishwasher has not found any room yet - if that were important to you, there would be even a free connection & room for it in the bathroom :D by the fact that I only rent the apartment and possibly come back in principle, some of my things/clothing would remain in the apartment and therefore honestly will not be anywhere for your things, but we can just talk about whether the place is enough for you and we are looking that we can

The rent is 530,18€ including W-lan, operating costs etc.- there are 15€ furniture rental per month as I have bought a lot completely new and all furniture, dishes, kitchen utensils etc. will stay in the apartment. Overall, the monthly rent is 545,18€. The deposit would be 500€, which you will get completely back after your withdrawal.
