I offer the apartment I live in for rent. It is a very spacious studio apartment with 50 square meters. The apartment consists of a large living / kitchen / sleeping area, a hallway, a bathroom with bathtub and a storage room, which I have redesigned as a walk-in wardrobe.

I am only the current tenant and will recommend to the house administration the possible future tenant. The decision is made by the house administration on the basis of all the documents. In my contract I pay 659 euros including operating costs, but without heating and electricity.

Ich biete die Wohnung, in der ich derzeit wohne, zur Miete an. Es ist eine sehr geräumige Studio-Wohnung mit 50 Quadratmetern. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohn-/Küchen-/Schlafbereich, einem Flur, einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne und einem Abstellraum, den ich als begehbaren Kleiderschrank umgestaltet habe.

Ich bin nur die aktuelle Mieterin und werde der Hausverwaltung den möglichen zukünftigen Mieter empfehlen. Die Entscheidung trifft die Hausverwaltung auf Basis aller Unterlagen. In meinem Vertrag zahle ich 659 Euro inklusive Betriebskosten, aber ohne Heizung und Strom.
