Apartment in Vienna

Hi everyone! I'm moving abroad and am looking for someone who would like to have my (mostly) furbished apartment. PROS. Cheap, basically ready for you to move in, 4th floor, huge balcony, great sunsets, nice neighborhood. CONS. I do not recommend the place to people who are overly sensitive to noise or to smells. The walls are thin and there's a lot of running and smoking and cooking going on. If you're a smoker, are away a lot, sleep like a log, it might be a perfect fit. Rent is 583 euros. Quickest move-in date: mid March though due to paperwark that will likely be a bit later. Visits: 8th of March. If you can't come in person, me or friends or family can have a video call with you on the 8th. Furniture: bed, mattress (used ca. 2 years), shelves, (old) fridge, two couches, floor (laminate), kitchen drawers and a cupboard, table and chairs for the balcony, protective screen for the balcony. The contract would be for 3 years. I paid 1300e for all of it last March, I'd like you to do the same. Sad to be leaving, hopeful someone finds a nice home there.
