Wittelsbacherstraße, Bahnhof liegt ca 8 Minuten fussläufig, Möbel bleiben auf Wunsch drin, Waschmaschine im Keller ist defekt! (Waschen also nur per Hand möglich, oder Waschsalon). Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon erlaubt. Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock.
Kaution 1200€, zahle ich natürlich zurück, wenn nichts kaputt geht.
Da ich mit meiner schwangeren Freundin zusammenziehe, die Vermieter mich aber nicht raus lassen, ist das ganze zwar Untermiete, aber die Vermieter haben gesagt, dass man durchaus länger wohnen bleiben darf!
