Hallo zusammen,
Ich ziehe Mitte Juli aus meiner aktuellen Wohnung in Wiesloch aus. Sie liegt im 3. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, Kellerabteil, Waschraum sowie eine Tiefgarage (nicht im Mietpreis enthalten).
Die Wohnung hat ca. 48qm und einen großen Balkon (ca. 8qm). Da ich erst im Dezember eingezogen bin, ist sie frisch gestrichen und bezugsfertig. Es ist eine Küche vorhanden, die zur Übernahme bereit steht. Gerne würde ich einige Möbel (Schrank, Garderobe, Esstisch + 2 Stühle) sowie die Lampen an den Nachmieter abgeben. Alles wurde innerhalb der letzten 6 Monate gekauft und ist bislang ohne Gebrauchsspuren.
Bei Interesse einfach melden, Besichtigung ist nachmittags ab 17 Uhr möglich.
