Ich suche ab sofort für meine Wohnung einen Nachmieter, natürlich brauche ich ein paar Tage um auszuziehen :).
Die Wohnung ist fast komplett mit Holz verkleidet und in der Küche sowie im Bad sind Fliesen.
Obwohl es eine 1-Zimmerwohnung ist, ist die Küche separat.
Besichtigung nach Terminabsprache.

Bei Bedarf kann das Sofa, ein Fernseh- bzw Wohnschrank und die Küche (Tisch, Schränke und Herd) übernommen werden.
Die Lage ist perfekt.
In ca. 3 min. bist du in der Stadt.
Zur Jadehochschule hat man es auch nicht weit, vorallem nicht mit dem Bus der quasi direkt vor der Tür fährt.
Die Wohnung liegt im 5.ten Stock und ist somit relativ ruhig.
Sonstiges..was soll man da schreiben. Die Nachbarn sind erträglich und ruhig. Meist sieht man sie kaum. Fahrräder können hinter dem Haus abgestellt werden und müssen somit nicht direkt am Straßenrand stehen.
Bei Mietvertragsunterzeichnung werden 100 euro fällig.
