Hallo, ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer im 1. Stock (auch mit Fahrstuhl erreichbar) im Studentenwohnheim. Das Zimmer besitzt eine kleine Küchenzeile (100€ Ablöse) und ist ansonsten unmöbliert. Außerdem ist das Zimmer 25,5m3 groß und es gibt sowohl eine Gemeinschaftsküche (von mir eher selten genutzt, da ja eine im Zimmer ist) und ein Gemeinschaftsbad, welches man sich mit 1-2 Personen teilt :)
Bei weiteren Fragen, schreib mir einfach eine Nachricht :)
Die Lage ist sehr praktisch: Aldi und Kaufland sind in 5-10 min zu erreichen, die nächste Bushaltestelle in 4 min zu Fuß erreichbar und man braucht nicht lange zur Uni (ca. 10-15 min). Auch in die Innenstadt ist es nicht weit, das meiste ist wirklich fußläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar (es gibt auch 2 Fahrradkeller im Haus)
Da es ein Studentenwohnheim ist, wird eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung benötigt
