Da ich jetzt für ein paar Monate eine Studienpause einlege, möchte ich die Wohnung gerne abgeben.
Es gibt einen Eingangsbereich, dann ein großes Zimmer; von diesem kommt man in einen Miniflur und davon aus erreicht man das Bad und die Küche.
Ich würde einen neuen ikea schrank und mein wlan gerne an den nachmieter abgeben.
Die Vermieterin wohnt auch in dem Haus.
Es gibt ein Fahrradstellplatz im Keller.
Bitte keine Raucher.
Die Lage kann nicht besser sein.
Zu Fuß:
- 2min zum Marktplatz;
- 4min zur Mainbrücke
- 2-3min zur S Bahn
- 12 min zum Bahnhof
Da das Haus in einer Gasse liegt, ist es auch nicht laut.
Die Wohnung ist auch von vielen Seiten von anderen Wohnungen umgeben, dadurch ist es im Sommer kühl und im Winter warm.
