Ich bin 63, lwbl, eider fusstechnisch etwas eingeschränkt.
Ich suche eine kleine Wohnung oder Zimmer, bis max 40 m2, in Wuppertal, Solingen oder Remscheid ab 15.01.25 oder spaeter.
Klein, gemuetlich, gerne renovierungs, aber nicht sanierungsbeduerftig.
