Very comfy apartment in the heart of Berlin with amazing views and sun light all day thanks to it sorientation South, East and West. Perfect for kids since we gave up the dining for a playstation for our baby. We normally eat in yhe kitchen. Theres one room with great capacuty for storage, video &music station in the living and work station in the corridor. Despite being located ln a big avenue, it is very chill and calm.
Located at strausberger platz, just in front of the metro station and one stop away from Alexander Platz which make it perfect for exploring the city. Also, walking distance from Kreuzberg, Prezlauer Berg and Mite (less than 2km each). We are surrounded by green areas, just ten minutes walking from Volkspark Friedrischain, a very emblematic park of the city. Theres plenty of supermarkets (Edeka, Lidle, Netto, Aldi…) just around the corner.
We are looking forward to renting the apartment to a family that wants to enjoy Berlin in the summer. We could consider accepting pets (depending on the type and size). No condition fotefront just to meet the right people to take care of our home.
