Wir suchen ab dem 1. Oktober einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere 4er WG. Es handelt es sich um eine 4-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung und zusätzlich einer gemeinschaftlichen Küche, Bad, extra WC und Balkon. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG und hat alles was man braucht: einen großen Kühlschrank mit mehreren Gefrierfächern, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Dusche und extra Badewanne. Das freie Zimmer hat eine Fläche von 14 m2 und ist unmöbliert. Die Gesamtmiete inklusive aller Nebenkosten beträgt 350€. Die Kaution entspricht der doppelten Monatsmiete.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Zu Fuß zu erreichen ist:
- Aesculap AG in 11 min
- Bahnhof in 9 min
- Rewe/Aldi/Edeka in 8 min
- Donaupark in 8 min
- HS Tuttlingen in 13 min
- Innenstadt in 10 min
Die Parksituation ist sehr entspannt.
Aktuell leben 4 Männer in der WG, ein Student und drei Berufstätige. Gerne treffen wir uns abends auf ein Bier und werfen auch ab und an den Grill an.
