Gemütliche 3-Zimmer-WG im Erdgeschoss bzw. Hochparterre eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert und bietet mit 16 m² ausreichend Platz. Es gibt einen Flur mit Küche, ein großes Badezimmer (mit Dusche und Badewanne) und einen nach Süden gerichteten Balkon, der von allen Mitbewohnerinnen genutzt wird, sowie einen Keller und einen praktischen Fahrradkeller. Außerdem sind eine Spülmaschine und im Keller eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Die WG liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel. Der Bahnhof ist in 7 Minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, zu den nächsten zwei Bushaltestellen dauert es jeweils nur eine Minute. In die Innenstadt läuft man 10 bis 15 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad braucht man 5. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Aktuell wohnen noch Daria und Aline mit in der WG, die beiden ziehen aber auch Ende März aus. Das heißt, es werden insgesamt drei Zimmer frei, wenn ihr also zu zweit oder zu dritt eine WG sucht, könnt ihr uns gern schreiben. :)
Für den Mietvertrag ist es wichtig, dass du eine Bürgschaft nachweisen kannst.
