Wegen eines längeren Auslandsaufenthalts vermiete ich meine Wohnung vom 01.03.25 bis 30.04.25 unter, ggf. mit Option auf Verlängerung nach Absprache.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet, inkl. Küchengeräten (Spülmaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle), Waschmaschine, 50°-TV, Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl. Auch weitere Ausstattung wie z.B. Kochgeschirr, Handtücher oder Büroausstattung kann genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist wegen mehrerer Fenster und einer großen Glasfront nach Süden sehr hell. Die Küche ist großzügig geschnitten und enthält eine Essecke für bis zu 4 Personen, das offene Wohnzimmer beinhaltet einen Arbeitsbereich und führt zu einem kleinen Balkon.
Die Lage ist ruhig in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station Milbertshofen, einem Rewe-Supermarkt in 200m Entfernung und Petuel- sowie Luitpoldpark in direkter Umgebung.
In den Kosten sind alle Nebenkosten, inklusive Strom, Internet (WLAN-Netzwerk), Heizung, Wasser enthalten.

Due to an extended stay abroad, I am subletting my apartment from March 1st 2025 to April 30th 2025 or longer if agreed.
The apartment comes fully furnished and equipped, including kitchen appliances (dishwasher, stove, microwave), washing machine, 50-inch TV, desk, and office chair. Also all additional amenities such as cookware, towels, or office equipment can also be used.
Thanks to multiple windows and a large glass front facing south, the apartment is very bright. The kitchen is spacious and features a dining area for up to 4 people, while the open living room includes a workspace and leads to a small balcony.
The location is quiet and in close proximity to Milbertshofen U-Bahn station, a Rewe supermarket just 200 meters away, and the Petuel and Luitpold parks in the immediate vicinity.
All utility costs are included in the rent, covering electricity, internet (WiFi), heating, and water.
Die Lage ist ruhig in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station Milbertshofen. Von hier ist man in 10 Minuten im Stadtzentrum und in gut 40 Minuten am Flughafen. Auch ein Nachtbus fährt direkt aus dem Stadtzentrum.
Ein Rewe-Supermarkt befindet sich in 200m Entfernung, mehrere Restaurants, Bäckereien und andere Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar.
In direkter Umgebung liegen der Petuelpark, Luitpoldpark und mehrere Sportmöglichkeiten.

The location is peaceful, situated in close proximity to the Milbertshofen subway station. From here, you can reach the city center in 10 minutes and the airport in approximately 40 minutes. There is also a night bus directly connecting to the city center.
A Rewe supermarket is located just 200 meters away, and several restaurants, bakeries, and other shops are within walking distance.
In the immediate vicinity, you'll find the Petuelpark, Luitpoldpark, and several sports facilities.
In den Mietkosten (1550€) sind alle Nebenkosten, inklusive Strom, Internet (WLAN-Netzwerk), Heizung, Wasser enthalten.
Die Kaution von 2000€ muss vor Einzug hinterlegt werden und wird bei Rückübergabe wieder erstattet.
Es handelt sich um eine Untervermietung, eine Verlängerung über den 30.04.2025 ist nicht möglich.
Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung und Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.
